Return and Refund Policy

At Akshardeep Spices, our mission is to ensure that our clients receive quality spices along with excellent service. If there is any unfulfillment from your side regarding a purchase, we will help with our established return and refund policies.

Return and Replacement

We accept items for a return under the following conditions: 

• Returns must be filed within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used items will not be authentic for a refund or return.
• Damaged, expired, or incorrect spices are the only perishable items accepted for a return.

How to Return?

Please submit your request along with the details below to our customer support team at your email/contact number.

• Return reason
• Product photos (if applicable)
• Order number

We need pictures of the product if there was a mix-up or any damages caused. Any instructions relevant for product returns will be sent once the return gets accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable within the following conditions: 

• If Items received are defective or damaged.
• If the wrong items were shipped.
• If the client cancels an order before shipment being sent.

Refund Process

• As soon as the return is received and assessed, we will get in touch with you regarding the refund approval or denial.
• If it is approved, refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days and will be returned to your original method of payment.
• Refunds on shipping charges are not permitted.

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are only possible so long as the order has not been shipped.
• If the shipment has already gone out, you will be required to complete the return process.

Exchange Policy

In the case of receiving wrong or broken products, we do accept exchanges. Defective items will be replaced.
